At present all Registered RICS surveyors and valuers have had their work put on hold, taking into account the understandable government restrictions on business and social movement.
We are pleased to say we have a good backlog of valuation work to complete for banks/building societies, professional valuation work for clients of our solicitor and accountant colleagues, as well private surveys and valuations on purchases.
We are still receiving and registering requests for surveys and valuations, which are now being logged in the priority inspection diary for when we can get out about again into our natural environment, using our damp metres once again, measuring the accommodation, clambering around roof spaces, peering down drains and more!
