If you are registering your property for the first time, purchasing additional garden from a neighbour or selling part of your own garden you will need to register your property/ new boundaries with the UK Land Registry. For this you will require an accurate and to scale plan.

An accurate plan can also help to prevent/settle boundary disputes at a later date should they arise.
