Our Residential Sales teams enjoyed strong results in 2025; with over £100 million worth of property sold through our Woodhall Spa, Horncastle & Lincoln offices.
That represents a 15% increase on 2024; the same rate at which our number of sales has risen by - indicating growth in our area but average prices holding firm.
We organised 4,928 viewings during the year, that's 95 per week! They led to 1,518 offers across all our properties - so just over 1 in 3 viewings resulted in an offer.
2026 will, no doubt, present its challenges; in general it remains a buyer’s market with a record number of properties available to choose from at both local and national levels - lowering interest rates and reduced finance costs could provide a further boost to the market this year and with the right presentation, pricing & customer service, we are confident of once again being able to successfully assist our clients with their goals of moving home and achieving the best possible sale price in 2026.
