Triple Charity Auction Success!

30 Nov 2015

In the three days following our November monthly collective furniture sale, our firm conducted three charity auctions.

The first of these, held at West Ashby village hall on Wednesday 25th November, saw George Harrison auction homemade cakes and produce for 'Team Bryant' Sarcoma cancer charity in memory of young Jo Bryant. The evening was organised by Odette Rawdon and overall over £1,000 was raised.

On Friday 27th November, Colin Low again conducted the annual auction at Horncastle's Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, to raise funds for the Parent Teachers Association. Also on Friday at Washingborough Hall Hotel, the 'Amethyst Ball' featured a Grand Auction of 18 lots to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Charities. Robert Bell was the auctioneer and the sale topped £10,000 with some generous prizes, kindly donated. The evening grossed over £15,000 and was organised by Julie Addison, Emma Would and Sally Strawson.
