One of these notable successes has been the sale of 3 The Park Potterhanworth, a good-sized three bedrooms detached bungalow in a quiet location on the country fringe of this popular village just a few minutes drive from Lincoln. Guide Price £300,000 to £320,000.

Our clients asked the team to achieve a 'very quick sale', where two other agents had unfortunately failed. The bungalow came to the market on lockdown, so it looked like an improbable ask!
