The sun shone on Sunday 31st August and a good crowd turned out to the traditional country show at Wragby.
With its mix of events to appeal to all, Flower & Produce show, events for horses and riders , vintage vehicles, chickens, sheep and cattle along with a good array of trade stands there was something for everyone For the second year we had a stand to give us the chance to meet clients old and new and to talk about our services. This year we were able to showcase the work of Kurnia Aerial Photography who provide both stills and videos for sales brochures and on line usage. There was a great deal of interest in the remote controlled helicopters and cameras used. A guest appearance was made by Sean The Sheep who was very generous with the sweeties much to the delight of both young and old passing by. Our visitors enjoyed our free competitions, Name the Sheep for the children and Guess the Hammer Price or Find the Faults to the Dolls House ( no self -respecting doll would ever have moved in, bats in the roof, subsidence – it was a shocker!) Our first prize winners were Mr& Mrs Green of Horncastle, Mr & Mrs Donner of Horncastle and a young man, Keaton Wheatley.
