Our first Lincoln office opened in 1998 to deal with residential lettings. We moved to the principal street for estate agents in 2001 where our traditional office with traditional decoration and furnishing gives us a unique style.
Services in residential sales as well as residential lettings are run from the Lincoln branch. The County capital has expanded rapidly in recent years since the opening of the university. This rapid expansion is likely to continue with considerable areas marked for building land, extension of the ring road, etc.
With over six years of experience in the real estate industry, including time spent in Malaysia and now here in Lincolnshire, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a personable approach to every property.

I have worked for Robert Bell for over 15 years, having previous experience within construction and new homes companies over a number of years.
My main role is Sales Secretary, also assisting the sales team and being the ‘go to’ person! I have a son and daughter both in their 30’s and two lively little grandsons who give endless joy and keep me on my toes.

I joined the practice in September 1982 as illness cover for five days……..and I never left. Over the following thirty plus years I have, with the good grace and kind support of Robert Bell and the Bell family, been materially involved at all levels with the successful development of Robert Bell & Company.
The company has gone from being predominantly a Land Agency practice with a single office selling a handful of homes, to a multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors with four offices, working in conjunction with The Mayfair Office in London and enjoys the most enviable of professional reputations across Lincolnshire as property consultants.

Coordinating with The Mayfair Office on national PR and sales to buyers in London and the South.
Working as an RICS Registered Valuer conducting professional valuations for sale and purchase, probate and matrimonial purposes, appointed as Expert Witness for individual clients and on behalf of the court, as well as providing valuations for capital gains and inheiritance tax requirements.

I started at Robert Bell in 2022 as a housing and property management apprentice, in September 2023 I completed that course and transitioned into a lettings negotiator. In the future I hope to continue to progress at Robert Bell.

Over that time, I’ve developed a real passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home, whether it’s their first flat or their dream property. While I’m not working, you can usually find me exploring the great outdoors on a hiking trail, glass of wine in hand (after the hike, of course!). I’m also a devoted attendee of ‘Wing Fest’ – it’s one of my favourite summer events and a great excuse to indulge in good food with friends.
