Our policies for appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic
Robert Bell and Company have carried out risk assessments and given careful thought to how we conduct business in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. We carry out an assessment to confirm if an appointment is necessary and then we require those involved to read our policies and adhere to them to protect yourself, our staff and other relevant parties. Our staff are familiar with the procedures.

1. A policy for tenant who have appointments at their occupied homes (for example a contractor attending to make essential repairs, an inspection or viewing where necessary)
2. A policy for contractors, applicants or our staff attending occupied propertiies.
3. A policy for contractors or applicants attending vacant properties
These policies are subject to change when we feel this is required or as and when government advice is changed.
