All agents should be like this RB are simply terrific. We were at the top of the chain and those below seemed complicated, yet RB (Jill) took the lead and through her tenacity and perseverance mobilised the agents below to work together. If everyone used RB the selling and buying process would be so much better. I would never choose anyone else. 5 stars.

Communications were excellent and always timely, whether by email, telephone or in person.
