Information Regarding Letting Agents Tenants Fees

In the Autumn Statement the Chancellor announced the Governments intentions to abolish Letting Agents Fees to tenants. At Robert Bell and Company we have always been fair with the level of our Lettings fees to tenants in that it is our intention to ensure we provide the right service to our landlords and help prospective Tenants as much as possible to find a home. As per the current Legal requirement we advertise all our Tenants Fees and going forward we will adjust our practices according to any future law changes. We will update our website posting on this matter as details change following the Government Consultation Period.
