We are please announced that we are now working in partnership with ‘Tenant Shop’ to help bring better deals for energy and media for tenants at our properties.

Tenant Shop provides our tenants with a comprehensive overview of the energy and media market and helps occupants select the most cost effective provider that are tailored to their and the property’s needs. We believe that this service will help tenants, the consumers, have an objective view of all the energy deals that are currently available. Fair deals for energy, is becoming an increasingly hot topic in the national media and we are pleased to offer our tenants the option to get a more desirable package, that will ultimately save them some money.

Tenants will be contacted after being accepted for a tenancy to discuss the best deals that are available to them on a ‘soft sell’ basis which they have every option to opt out of if they wish.

Tenant Shop also benefits landlords by providing comprehensive meter readings with utility companies. We will provide Tenants Shop with reads when we check a tenant in and out of property. Tenant shop will then contact the utility companies and the council with regards to tenant’s movements, so there can be no confusion over what bills tenants are liable for during their tenancy.

This service will give our landlords more security when letting their properties out. It will also allow us, as agents, to devote more time to delivering our extensive range of top class customer service to both our clients and tenants, instead of dealing with utility disputes.

Robert Bell and Company do not receive any commission for this service, we purely see this opportunity as one that will benefit  both landlords and tenants.
