Spring Lettings & Property Management Seminar Success

Our spring seminar at The Old Bishops Palace was a must for many of our long standing landlords, but it was also nice to see so many new clients seeking professional advice from our speakers.

The seminar certainly provided a unique insight into the intricacies of the residential lettings sector.

The evening was chaired by Robert Bell FRICS who advised on housing standards, the tenancy deposit scheme and records of condition. He was ably supported by Roland Johns of the Gas Safety Charity who talked about the need of carbon monoxide detectors in rented homes, Andrew Morley of Chattertons McKinnells provided a very interesting update on all matters legal for landlords, Tony Cranwell of Lincs 2 Lincs spoke eloquently on the benefits and perils of the Green Deal for our landlords, and Tony Wing MRICS our Sales Director offered an in depth view on the current state of the housing market in Lincoln and investment returns.

If you are looking to become a residential landlord for the first time, or you are already an experienced landlord with a portfolio of properties, do not hesitate in contacting me directly about our very comprehensive and professional lettings and management service. Also, we would be delighted to register you for an invite to our next seminar later this year.
