Important Robert Bell & Company Coronavirus Customer Update 24th March
On Tuesday 24rd March we decided to close all of our offices. On Monday evening the Prime Minister announced those who can work from home should. Due to the professionalism of each RB&Co department teams and our flexible agency management systems, we are fully complying with this directive and are staff are continuing to work very hard on your behalf, our loyal customers, remotely from home.
Whilst it would be wrong to say that it is business as normal for anyone at the moment we are here and available to you by telephone, email and other messaging services as appropriate. (See contacts list below). We have put the following specific measures in place:
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm. Saturday 9 am to 12 pm.
Telephones: all of our office phone lines will be diverted so that we can still answer your calls. However we will not normally have the facility to transfer calls, so please be patient as your message will need to be forwarded to the best person to assist you. Also, there will be our standard messaging service available for when phone lines are busy and it is out of hours.
Emails: Directors, managers and staff in key departments will continue to have full access to emails. For more information please review our website
Post: We will be opening and reviewing post as and when we can, but please be very patient as there may be significant delays in response.
Remote working: Our IT systems can work from just about any location. This will enable us to maintain our service to the highest possible standard.
If you need to get documents or files to us: It would help enormously helpful if you could send them electronically. Most smartphones and tablets can be used to scan documents as pdf file (or you can just take a photo).
During the ongoing crisis, we will be monitoring developments as they relate to our clients and updating our website regularly. We will also be sending our update emails while trying to strike a balance between keeping subscribers up to date and not bombarding your already overflowing Inbox.
