Amendments to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 now provided consent for estate agents to open up the housing market and provide the general public with the opportunity to view, buy/rent and move home, once again. In this weeks report for April, they have continued to support the idea of a rebound, and this view is now beginning to receive more credence and backing by many in the property industry.
